HOW THE RAIL PRICE GUARANTEE WORKS
Upon the initial land deposit by your clients, they are presented with the option to secure the quoted price at the time of booking by paying the full amount, activating the price guarantee. Subsequently, Avanti commits to issuing the rail tickets as soon as they become available, removing any necessity for further action on your part.
GUIDELINES FOR AVANTI'S RAIL PRICE GUARANTEE
- Full passenger details, including passport information, date of birth, and contact number, are essential to avail this guarantee and to align with the ticketing requirements of most rail carriers.
- The guarantee is activated upon the full payment of the quoted rail tickets.
- Even if the quoted rail price and travel from point A to point B is already locked-in, Avanti advises that specifics such as timing, cabin selection, and route may be subject to adjustments.
